No. TICKER does not have access to passwords — neither to those stored in the browser, nor to any others.
What you give TICKER: When you upload a QR code to the "Code Manager", you only provide TICKER with a Secret Key. This is not a password, but a special key for generating one-time access codes for logging into GDS or other websites.
