We get it: sometimes a void happens fast — at midnight, away from your workstation. The ticket's voided, but cancelling the booking feels like too much right then. Easy to forget about it the next day.
That's exactly why in TICKER you can do it straight from Telegram — open the terminal and run the command in a few seconds, even from your phone.
Step 1. Open the terminal in TICKER
Go to TICKER via Telegram or your browser and open the booking you need.
Step 2. Enter the cancellation command
In the terminal, run:
XI+RFA — removes all segments and saves the changes.
Step 3. Check the result
To confirm the booking has been cancelled, enter:
RT — shows the current state of the locator.
If there are no segments left — everything went through correctly.
If something went wrong — reach out to us on Telegram, we'll figure it out together.
