Bookings in TICKER

All your bookings — segments, passengers, tickets, and terminal — in one place, even from your phone.

Written by 🌙Oleksandra Voinova

We get it: before, checking a status, finding a ticket, or running a command meant opening the GDS. Now it's all right there in TICKER, terminal included — even from Telegram on your phone.

Where to find bookings

Tap Bookings in the bottom menu of TICKER. Locators are sorted by the date of last activity — the ones you've worked with recently show up first.

A booking gets added to the list automatically as soon as you do anything with it in TICKER.

To find what you need — search by passenger name or locator number. Or filter by GDS and date using the filter icon.

Three tabs:

  • Active — current bookings

  • Archived — cancelled bookings, plus those where the ticket was issued more than 12 months ago

  • All — everything together

What's inside a booking

Open any locator and you'll see four tabs:

  • Segments — all flights with details: airline, flight number, class, dates, route, stopovers, and total travel time.

  • Passengers — passenger list with types (ADT / CHD / INF) and passport details.

  • Tickets — all issued tickets and EMDs with dates, statuses, and the option to download a PDF.

  • SSR / Tarifs — in development, coming soon.

Terminal right inside the booking

No need to open the GDS to run a command — the TICKER terminal is available right here. Open the booking, launch the terminal, run the command — done.

This is especially handy in Telegram: found a booking on your phone — take care of it right then and there.
