Check visas directly in TICKER + improvements in the terminal

One more step toward making ticket issuance easier - visa requirements can now be checked without leaving the GDS.

We know that before issuing a ticket, you often need to verify a passenger's visa requirements - whether a visa is needed, what type, and what supporting documents are required. Typically, this means opening third-party websites and searching manually.

That's why in version 2.1.6 we added Visa Check - visa requirement verification directly inside TICKER.

Visa Check - visa requirements in one click

Right-click the flight icon in GDS → select Visa Check. The system will display all the necessary information:

  • Visa type - whether a visa is required, visa on arrival, eVisa, and the permitted length of stay

  • Additional requirements - e-Arrival, registration, etc.

  • Passport requirements - minimum validity period

  • Destination country currency

  • Embassy website link - for more detailed information if needed

Command prompts - now available for everyone

Previously, when opening the terminal, command prompts with the most popular commands were not displayed for all users. Now this feature is available to every agent.

When you open the terminal, you'll see the most frequently used commands right away. Simply click the one you need - and it will be inserted automatically, no manual typing required.

Other improvements in this version

  • TICKER runs faster - interface rendering has been optimized

  • Improved server-side stability

  • Minor technical bugs fixed
