Refundable Rate (Free Cancellation)

This rate allows cancellation without penalty before the deadline specified in the cancellation policy for each particular booking.

How it works:

  • Each booking includes a clearly defined free cancellation deadline (date and time).

  • Cancellation before the deadline incurs no penalty, regardless of payment status.

  • If a paid booking is cancelled, you can submit a refund request.

Important: If the booking remains unpaid, the system will automatically cancel it 6 hours before the free cancellation deadline.

Non-refundable Rate

This rate does not allow refunds once the booking is confirmed. Cancellation results in a 100% charge of the booking value.

How it works:

  • The booking is confirmed only after full payment is received.

  • Modifications (dates, room type, number of guests) are typically not permitted.

  • In case of cancellation, no refund is provided.

We recommend always drawing your client's attention to the rate type and cancellation terms before completing a booking.
