We received a lot of feedback that the terminal-opening icon sometimes behaves unexpectedly: it covers important fields, jumps around the screen, or gets in the way. We heard you — and improved it in version 2.0.9.
We analyzed the most common icon placements and completely reworked how it interacts with the interface.
What’s changed:
When you drag the icon — an animated hint now appears, showing that it can be moved.
Next, a border appears to indicate which edge the icon will snap to.
As soon as you release it — the icon neatly sticks to the nearest screen edge.
