Average Flight Delay Time (available in Amadeus)
This new feature allows you to assess in advance the likelihood of a flight delay or cancellation based on its performance history. This enables you to confidently suggest alternatives to the client or warn them of potential risks when booking.
How it works: when hovering over the flight number, the Ticker displays:
the percentage of flights that arrived on time, were delayed, or cancelled over the past 14 days;
the average departure and arrival delay time (in minutes).
This data is based on the flight’s performance history over the last 14 days. The feature is available during flight selection or within an active booking.
Other improvements:
Other improvements:
errors during the informational calculation have been fixed;
an embedded feedback form has been added;
fixed incorrect display of the Ticker terminal when working with multiple Chrome windows and different GDSs;
fixed interface behavior when the backend is unavailable;
the interface has been updated to use EM units for proper scaling and stable display across different devices and screen resolutions;
redesigned the reload page notifications to improve visibility and ease of perception;
fixed the processing of SSR input commands in Galileo;
a number of technical optimizations have also been made to the backend, frontend, and server infrastructure to improve the stability and performance of the Ticker.
Thank you for using the Ticker.
We continue working on stability, usability, and new product features.
